TP\HE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
County of Nevad» do ordain as follows :
ARTICLE 1.
Section 1. -A Road Poll Tax of Three Dollars $:) is hereby levied on each male person
over th: age of twenty-one and under. the age
of fifty five years found in each or any Road
Distrietin the county of Nevada during the
year 1895,
SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of the County
Assessor of the County-of Nevada to collect. the
Road Poll Tax of the Connty in the same manner that State Poll Taxes dre colierted, between
the first day of Januery, 1895, and the first day
of January, is8v6.

and be in force on and after fifteen days from
the dute of its adoption, :

“An ordinance granting to JAMES PD
HAGUE,,,.his suceessors and assigns the
right to place, erect and maintain poles, wires
and other conductors for the transmission of
electricity for power purposes aud to lay a pipe
or conduit for the purpose of transmitting wa er
for pow:r from a point in the 1 gt highway
on the east boundary of the Empire Mine, in
Grass Valley township, county of sNeva
thence westerly along the Ophir roat to the east

Board of Supervisors of the county of Neyada
do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The county of Nevada hereby
grants to JAMES DPD, HAGUE, his success
