Eprror Transcrirr: The mining outlook in this district continues very encouraging. ‘Hayes Brothers are still finding big nuggets and coarse gold in theit gravel mifie. Pat Foley has struck a new prospect on the north fork of Poorman’s creek, over in Eureka townsbip, south of the National & Culbertson . mines. At the California mine Superintendent Harmon is pushing the tannel ahead rapidly, and expects soon to cut into the ore shoots that paid so well in the upper workings.
