Galbraith recovered a judgment in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Nevada, against Grafton Mining Company, a corporation, for the sum-of six hundred and fifty six 10-100 dollars, with interest at the rate of seven per cent. per annum till paid, from the date of said judgment, together with thirty 95-100 dollars, costs and disbursements atthe date of said judgment and accruing cests as appears to us of record. : And whereas, the Judgment roll in the action in which said judgment. was entered is filed in the Clerk’s office of said Court, and the said judgment was docketed in said Clerk’s office, on the day and year first above written. And the sum of $687.05, with interest fromMarch 22d, 1886, at seven. per cent. perannum and accruing costs. in the sum of $3.00 is now (at the date of this writ) actually due on said judgment.
