Catarrh Cure is the only positive cure known
to the medical fraternity. Catarrh being a
constitutional disease, requires a constitutional treatment, Hall’s Catarrh Cure is
taken internally, acting directing on the
blood and mucous surfaces of the system,
thereby destroying the foundation of the
disease, and giving the patient strength by
building up the constitution and assisting
nature in doing its work. The proprietors

Next Monday District Attorney Riley
will make a motion before the Superior
e Court to have the indictment against ex—
County Clerk James L. Morgan dismissed.
Ps Morgan, it will be remembered, was indicted by the Grand Jury for embezzlement,
about two years ago. His defalcation was
made good and it is the desire now of those
most interested that the indictment be dis—
missed. A petition to that effect has been
signed by most of the Grand Jurors who
served at the time «he bill was found, and
alao by the members of. the Board of Supervisors. It is thought that Judge Caldwell
will order the indictment dismissed,
