Casper’s contract for lighting the city will expire on May Ist and the Board advertise for bids to light the city with elec. tricity for one year from that date, The bids will be opened on ‘Thursday evening. April 9th.. The following propositions will be considered: First—Fifty-five 24-candle . power incandescent lights to barn all’ night. Second—Fifty-five 24-candle power incandescent lights, fifteen of thém to burn all night and the balance to burn until midmight, Third—Five are light and .ten incandescent lighta to burn all. night, and thirty-five incandescent lighte to burn until incandescent lights to burn all night. The Board took up the matter of repairsion followed, in which the members of the Board took different views of the matter.
