Work to commence on or about Nov.
15, 1894,

MINES-€6;, Graniteville, Cal,
Bids to be made upon three tunnels—200
feet in length each, with 100 feet additional
at the option of the Com any, at the. same
price. The Company to furnish all supplies
at actual cost laid down at the mine, Tool
sharpening to be done at Company's expense or as agreed, :
Tunnels to be 4 ft. x 44 ft. x 64 feet in
the clear and run as directed by the Campany’s foreman and subject at all times to
his-supervision,
The Company reserves the right to stope
in any of the tunnels, while the work ig in
progress. Ore and waste to be disposed of
us directed by the foreman. If timbering
is considered necessary by the foreman it is
to be done by ‘the contractor under the
foreman’s direction, Company furnishing all
timber. : :
The Company reserves the right to reject
any and all bids. :
Board will be furnished at the company’s
boarding houses at $1 per day,
