tunnel work, according to the following
specifications.
Bids received up to November 10th.
Work to commence on or about Nov.
15, 1894. A
Address the ENGLISH MT. GOLD
MINES CO., Graniteville, Cal.
Bids to be made upon three tunnels—200
feet in length each, with 100feet additional
at the option of the Company, at the same
price. The Company to furnish all supplies
at. actual cost laid down at the mine, . Tool
sharpening to be done at, Company’s expense or as agreed.
Tunnels to be 4 ft. x 44 ft. x 64 feet in
the clear and run as directed by the Company’s foreman and subject at all tinites to
Mountain, County,

The Company reserves the right to stope
in any of the tunnels, while the work is in
progress. Ore and waste to be disposed of
as directed by the foreman. If tiumbering
is considered necessary by the foreman it is
to be done by the contractor under the
foreman’s direction, Company furnishing all
timber,
The Company reserves the right to reject
any and all bids,
Board will be furnished at the company’s
boarding houses at $1 per day.
