All. voters in this county whose names appear on the Great Register of 1896, or who have since registered, but who ‘have changed residence since registration, must remember that it is necessary to have their transfers made before October 8th, failing in which they cannot legally vote. He was in a maimed and helpless condition, and had laid there since four or five o’clock in the afternoon, being un. } Conscious most of the time.
