It's worthy to note that the century
= from 1848 to 1948 has been a stirring age
— and history could repeat itself.
ist. If our Representative Heads would
~{ permit the free flow of gold and advance the
price of gold to meet the higher costs of
materials and labor.
id, 2nd. If our War Department would elini inate rackets, fraudulent and wasteful spend. ing which add to the cost and delays of wars
g which naturally add to the loss of lives and
. brings on a man-power crisis in war preparedness.
Sra. If the Administration would make an
honest effort and in a big way smash Communism ways in the government and the country at
) large--clean house, get rid of unworthy and
disloyal officials.
4th. The need is to "Investigate the In. estigatore." Include Department of Justice.

a grave peril.
6th. Good citizens and Washington are
Bits from knowing the half of it. Corruption in Administration.
: 2th. Prevent white washing and interferfence in investigations and hearings of ConI stituted Committees and their hit and run
‘agenda's.
“Ah 8th. This story hinges on gold digging
q and In view of the fact that this compiler
. covers the ground work and Root of the Govern{ments long series of evils on West Coast and
Washington, D.C., with personal documentary
wt proofs and an expert on manpower crisis, and
wjwasteful spending with dishonesty in wer ef‘forts and justice developing from a long series of political bribery, and dictatorship
»){and greedy power of a mere handful of disloy‘al officials and labor czars in Communist
ways. I am justified in charging:
. 9th. Dishonest officials and their part4 ners In crime have reasons not to fear the
‘long arm of the Government. In my efforts to
tjmip in the bud organized crimes flowing in

Agendas in California a farce; hit and run

13th. Tom Clark's war frauds unit, arny ®
i services, Senate war Investigation Committee,
. and the worst House Investigation coupled
with the unsound condition of the Department
. of Justice. Naval Intelligence and scores of
' others too numerous to mention. U.S. Employment Service, all in a huddle and even worse,
some conniving and feather bedding--continually evading and ducking me and my conclusive
evidence, including my ten-day brush-offs on
Capitol Hill, with offers of bribe instead of
hearings.
One hundred years ago General Zachary
Taylor, “Old Rough and Ready," was not given
proper support from ‘iashington, D.C. to fight
wars and he criticized the administration-but he went ahead and won wars and became
famous, and by the citizens demand became
President of the United States.
Now
One hundred years after, on which this
story hinges, will history repeat itself and
Generel MacArthur be the cause of Harry S.
losing out? The pudlic thinks General MacGoogle
Arthur was not given proper support to fight
the Korean war, but he went ahead and won
battles and knew what he was doing or. should
do. By the stroke of the pen and apparently
in the dead of the night, the General was
fired. Now he, "The General," is a most
famous hero and has been given the greatest
reception in the history of the United States,
more so than what any President has received.
If democracy is to live there is a much
more needed story on dishonesty in Government that would cover a book, but needs more
ability to prepare.
Rough and Ready seceded from the Union
for a much less cause. “We have a good government, but a much corrupt and wasteful administration. Surface not scratched.
