Somewhere in Your Daily Life
‘You Depend Upon Your Railroad!
The clock never stops in railroad life. Twenty four hours each
day. some individual or group pounds away at the incessant task of
seeing that freight deliveries are made to local store doors on time.
These railroad men, besides having a job to perform, have a promise
“to uphold, a service to render to shopper, shipper and receiver. If
you are a shipper the expedience of railroad delivery means the difference between profit and loss, If you are a receiver it means standard or spcialty goods stocked on shelves to serve a public who has
come to believe unswervingly in your reliability. If you are a \shopper
the prompt delivery of your railroad means a buying saving in time
Receivers of merchandise know that railroads—and the local
key-line, the Nevada County Narrow Gauge—maintains . schedules
to best serve their needs with rates to meet the pocketbook. They
know, too, that their establishment, no matter how small, enjoys the
same freighting charges as does the business neighbor whose plate .
From the standpoint of economy alone your railroad serves you
better than any comparison of competition can offer.
