CABIN BURGLARS STEALS
VIOLIN MADE IN 1732
CAMPTONVILLE, May 10.—While
he was in town on business Tuesday,
the cabin of Charles Warner, on Oregon Creek, five miles south of town,
was robbed. The cabin was broken
into with a small crow bar, prying
off a hinge hasp, and articles of considerable value were taken, including an old violin, made in 1732, valued at $400, a box of old coins, 3
guns, mining tools, and clothing.
