CAB 1-46 - E. Houston vs. Nevada County (1857) (58 pages)

A man named E. Houston was suing the county of Nevada for unpaid work in the construction of the Nevada County courthouse. It was determined that all completed work was done through the contractor that the county had hired by the name of Shaw. Mr Houston could not prove he did any additional work and therefore was not awarded anything. Finding in favor of the defendant (Nevada County)
