Vernon has little leisure time, but enjoys his wife's pleasure in a fine collection of antiques, her lapidary work and association with the Carmichael Gem and Mineral Society. Buffy was the neglected pet of a neighbor, so Vernon arranged to adopt the fivemonth-old ball of black curly fur. . . .and he wouldn't take a pretty penny for the little rascal now. When you visit the Professional Hearing Aid Center, Vernon will carefully explain all of the technicalities of the free hearing tests. . . .which you may take without any obligation whatsoever.
