Mrs. John Sbaffi, program chairman, presented
as guest speaker Mrs. Elisworth Sherman of the Alpha
section, who gave an interesting and instructive talk
on “Fall in Our Gardens.”
Suggestions were given as
to what to plant now for
next summer’s bloom, planting bulbs for spring colors,
care and rejuvenation of
lawns, growing of camellias and rhododendrons,
The next meeting will be
held at the home of Mrs.
Larry Quimby on Banner
