A Card from the Trustees of the Nevada Theatre Company. .
In the Nevada Gazette of March 22nd, there appeared ander the head of -‘Beware of Greenbacks,”’
a fabrication of contemptible, dirty lies against the
Trustees of the Nevada Theatre Company, over the
signature of Julius Dreyfuss. He savs that he com
menced a suit against the Theatre Company before
Justice Palmer and that the Trustees paid him in
In reply. to the above, Julius Dreyfuss never commenced suif against the Theatre Company in. Justice Palmer’s or any other Court—neither did the Theatre.Company or its Trustees ever
+ pay him in~-Greenbacks—neither do the “‘Pheatre {Company owe him anything.
THE TRUSTEES;
m2
Through respect for Julius Dreyfuss and his Greenback grievance, we will help
him to—more-fnity—explain the case. J. Dreyfuss
sold a Bill of $1900 against the Theatre Company
toa man by the name of Staley. Now it appears,
Staley, the naughty fellow. has paid the unsuspecting Julius in Greenbacks.. Surely, no intelligent cit
izen would blame us for a mean action committed by
others. THE TRUSTEES,
m25 Nevada Theatre Company.
